EPZ P50 review

The EPZ P50

This I was released earlier this year and so far has received positive feedback.

Good sets remain good sets and this one is on exception

The tonality is closer to neutral with a good sense of openness and air. Not because the treble is boosted, but maybe because of its semi open back design.

Bass could be tighter though. That is my only nitpick. Mids sound natural and never shouty for my ears. Treble has a natural decay and never sibilant. Really a good reference sound. It follows closely to how CrinEar Daybreak sounds, but this is maybe $30 more. I don't mind paying that extra because I personally think this is better than the Daybreak.

Pros

-good sense of air

-natural sounding mids

-smooth yet detailed treble

Cons

-no lip on the nozzle! So eartips can get stuck in your ears

-bass quality could be better
