SIVGA SM100 Review

When I got these first, I remember posting about how these are relative to its price

The Sivga SM100 is priced around $40. It is around the same price as the Kefine Klean and a few great sounding sets in its price range

In my final review, I still think this is a great sounding set, with a few cons to mention.

One of the cons is that it is an upper mid forward set. Meaning you might be sensitive to IEMS with some pinna gain. However, if you remove that in the equation, you are left with a very technical set  that renders very good 3D sound stage at its price point

The Bass is just enough to compliment the signature. Mids flow effortlessly with liveliness. Treble is delicate and nuanced.

You know what, Sivga actually markets this as a gaming earphone and the sound and 3D staging that this renders might actually be deliberate! I notice that when companies market stuff for gaming, they usually have good stage depth and proportion.

Anyhow, I dont play FPS games anymore but you can check my final review in the comments!

PROS:

-great 3D staging

-clean sounding mids

-engaging sound

CONS:

-upper mids might be shouty for you

-not for bassheads

Thanks for reading!
