The Best Moondrop at $60?

Moondrop LAN II

Moondrop just released a new version of the Lan

More importantly, you now have the option to choose 2 tunings styles. One is the reference and one is Pop.

I took a quick look how they graphed before deciding which I should get and it seems like I would like the Pop version more.

True enough, the Pop version does not disappoint. For me, it is a very balanced sound with good 3D imaging. Instruments and vocals sound natural and I did not hear any problems when I was practicing playing drums.

There is an increase in price though. From around $40 to $59.

It also comes with a 4.4mm to 3.5 adapter which would cost around $20-$30.

PROS

-good balanced sound

-nice inclusion of 4.4 to 3.5, adapter

-non fatiguing treble

-very natural sound

CONS

- might lack a bit of engagement

- treble could use a bit of sparkle

-Bass could be tighter

Which tuning style would you choose? REF or POP?

Check my full review here since I also compared it to the more expensive Dunu Falcon Ultra. Ohhhwww they graph really close😇

Thanks for reading and have a nice day!
